In the tongues of men are both Heaven and Hell According to Abu Darda, there is no part of a believer’s body, which is dearer to God than his tongue. For it is with his tongue that he upholds truth, thereby entering Paradise. And there is no part of a disbeliever’s body, which is more hateful to God than his tongue. For it is with his tongue that he denies truth, thereby entering the Fire. (HILYAT AL-AULIYA)
