For one Muslim to sever relations with another Muslim is as bad as killing him Abu Kharash Al-Sulami heard this saying of the Prophet: “To severe relations with one’s Muslim brother for a whole year is as bad as spilling his blood.” (ABU DAWUD, SUNAN)
