MIND-BASED SPIRITUALITY engaged in heart-based spiritual exercises, a state of ecstasy is produced. Because of their unawareness, people believed this sort of ecstasy to be the goal of spirituality, so ‘spirituality’ and ‘ecstasy’ became synonymous terms.
