The Example of Pairs

English book, p. 100

By Maulana Wahiduddin Khan

this worldly life, everything exists in pairs—except for one thing-the pair of this world. This singular exception strongly suggests that its missing counterpart must exist, pointing toward a higher reality beyond this life. The pairs of everything else are visible in this world, but for the purpose of testing human beings, the pair of the human world has been kept in the unseen world. After death, all people will enter that next world—and there, they will find their missing pair in reality. The topic of divine reflection is a vast one, with many aspects. Here, only a few examples are shared to clarify the concept. The author has discussed other aspects of this subject in his other books, where further details can be found.
