EXPERIENCING THE PRESENCE OF GOD purpose of creation is to select those individuals, from every age and every race, who, despite enjoying complete freedom, commit themselves to the commands of God. If we understand this point, human history becomes meaningful. EXPERIENCING THE PRESENCE OF GOD God can be seen everywhere in His creation. We just need to acquire the eyes to see God in His creation. Then we will be able to feel the presence of God at every moment. Man’s test in this world is to discover and realize God Who is in the unseen. Discovery of God means that man begins to have psychological experiences of the presence of God. Everything has a price. And the price for the discovery of God is to tear down the element of doubt and see the higher reality. Only those who apply themselves with total dedication to discovering God can experience living in the presence of God in this world. This can be made understandable through the following example. Among the three people who travelled on the spacecraft Apollo-15 to the moon in 1972 was a man called Col. James Irwin. In an interview, he said that setting foot on the moon was an outstanding experience. He felt God’s presence on the moon, he said. He was ecstatic, sensing something deep inside his soul. He felt God very close to Him. He could see God’s glory with his own eyes, he said. For him, he explained that trip to the moon was not just a scientific expedition.
