Another of his articles was published in Panorama (October 4, 1992), titled “A Week in Orissa”, which focused on tourism. When the company executives learned of these articles, they were very pleased. The management displayed the articles on the office notice board and sent photocopies to various company branches. After the publication of these articles, Yusuf Khan’s reputation grew within the company. Mr. Pashine, the General Manager of Human Resource Development, remarked, “We are proud that you write for the newspapers. We would like all our employees to know that we have a person of this caliber who writes for the national dailies.” If you want respect among people, serve them—become a source of pride for them.
