The image of Islam must be elevated to such a degree that no one would dare speak ill of it. If such a positive environment is cultivated, and if someone does commit an offence against Islam, their words will carry no weight. For example, in the current atmosphere, if someone speaks against democracy, their words automatically lose credibility.
