Young people must know their limitations, accept the leadership of senior people and heed their advice. Modest young people are a huge asset but if arrogance prevents them from doing so, they become a liability to society. Great tasks call for unity and the concerted efforts of many people. It takes a leader to co-ordinate these efforts. Leaders must respect the young people and thereby get the acceptance of their leadership. o Relationships When a relationship fails to work, it is due to shortcomings in both the partners. But we tend to become critical of the other person—his actions, behaviour, attitude—and overlook our own shortcomings. Giver Person Man must target to be a giver to society and not merely a taker . While achieving his own interests, his actions must prove to be beneficial to society as well.
