Will Muslims, living in the United States, Europe and the rest of the world, be facing economic and political crisis in the next 10-15 years and what resources they must develop to meet those crisis? Some potential policy options regarding these questions and above scenarios which the scholars may consider are:

1. The formation of strong lobby groups in the United States, U.K., France, Germany, and Russia to influence the media and counter the influence of anti-Islam lobbies. 2. The formation of a collective defensive task force by Muslim countries similar to NATO. 3. The formation of a central independent Muslim bank for international settlements for banking transactions between Muslim countries similar to the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Switzerland. 3. The formation of an independent organization of Muslim countries similar to the General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs (GATT), as a preamble to establish: (a) a Muslim Common Market with preferential treatment or free flow of goods between the Muslim world, (b) common currency or a monetary unit. 4. The establishment of an international court of justice for the Muslim world to settle inter-country disputes. 5. Forging close collaboration between relatively advanced Muslim countries to develop and manufacture military hardware for the collective defense of the Muslim world as well as to provide a balance of power between future power blocks.
