پھر میں نے کہا کہ یہ تنقید بے حد ضروری ہے۔ کیوں کہ آج بھی لوگ اسی ناکام سیاسی فارمولا کو بار بار دہرارہے ہیں۔ مثلاً جے پرکاش نارائن نے اسی ذہن کے تحت یہ سمجھ لیا کہ کانگریس راج ملک کی تمام خرابیوں کی جڑ ہے۔ کانگریس راج کو اگر ختم کر دیا جائے تو یہاں مکمل انقلاب (ٹوٹل ریوولیشن) آجاۓ گا۔ اس نظریہ کے تحت انھوں نے زبردست سیاسی دھوم برپا کی، یہاں تک کہ ۱۹۷۷ء میں کانگریس پارٹی کا اقتدار ختم ہو کر جنتا پارٹی کا اقتدار قائم ہو گیا۔ مگر حقیقی حالات میں کچھ بھی اصلاح یا تبدیلی نہیں ہوئی۔ اس لیے ضروری ہے کہ ہم سارے معاملہ پر از سر نو غور کریں۔ تاکہ نیا ہندوستان بنانے کے لیے نتیجہ خیز عمل کیا جا سکے ۔
